Stonybrook Home Sales is a builder of modular and manufactured homes serving greater York County, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. We display, sell, and build modular homes by Pleasant Valley and manufactured homes by Pine Grove. Stonybrook is a family-owned and operated company, with the proprietors having over 40 years of experience in the home building sector.
Styles of modular homes include ranch, raised ranch, cape cod, colonial, log-sided homes, chalets, and more. Manufactured homes offered include multi-section and single-section homes. Stonybrook offers many facets of the site preparation process, as well as access to construction and mortgage financing partners.
Meet the Stonybrook Team
John McCall, Owner & President
John is our Owner and General Manager. He began working part-time for his father’s business, Stonybrook Mobile Home Sales in York, PA, at the age of 15, minding the office when his father was busy. Listening as customers asked questions, he quickly began to learn “the business” and was soon able answer many of their questions on his own. A future housing professional was developing! After his father retired in the mid 1980s, John continued to work in the housing industry, first with a national home builder and then re-entering the factory-built housing industry. All of this experience led to John’s continuing belief that building homes for customers in a professional manner, while keeping all of their personal dreams in mind, would help him develop a long-lasting reputation as a quality home builder—a reputation that endures to this day. John also enjoys playing music with a local country band and quality time with his wife, daughter, and grandchildren. NMLS #200770
DaLane Eisenhart, Home Consultant
Dee, having grown up in the Manufactured Housing Industry, now has over 40 years of experience assisting homebuyers. Dee has worked for several retailers in the York area over the years and has been with Stonybrook Home Sales since 2012. Dee has a natural flair for home design and is very knowledgeable about our products and services. She makes the home buying experience easy, fun, and personable. Dee serves on the board of directors for the Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association (PMHA) and offers Listing Services for those looking to buy and sell manufactured homes in communities. In her free time Dee enjoys time with her grandchildren, traveling, and home projects. NMLS #201827
Shannon McCall, Home Consultant
A graduate of Penn State, Shannon spent time in Hospitality Management before joining the family business. As third generation here at Stonybrook Home Sales, Shannon continues to learn more about the industry each day. Home buyers can rest easy knowing that Shannon will devote just as much attention to superior customer service and communication as she will to the detailed planning of their new home. Her eye for design and décor is a plus many buyers are excited about. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys the outdoors with her family as well as traveling.
Tyler Landsperger, Office Administrator
Tyler joined the Stonybrook Home Sales team in 2020 and has quickly become a valued part of the family. As a 2016 graduate of Spring Grove Area High School, Tyler is familiar with the area and is a very well-liked member of the community. He comes to us with a strong sales and customer service background and continues to grow those skills as he learns our industry. In his free time, Tyler enjoys relaxing with family and friends, working on his trucks and traveling to his family’s beach property in Delaware.
Robert Miller, Service Manager
Bobby is a critical part of the Stonybrook family. With more than 38 years of experience, Bobby oversees each job site and ensures each new home is delivered and set safely. He is a liaison between the homebuyer and site contractors, helping to keep the projects moving and allowing for timely occupancy. Bobby also assists our buyers with service work after purchase. During weekends you can find Bobby in the woods as he is an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Bobby also enjoys boating and spending time in his garden.
